Returns & Exchanges

At Dude Perfect, we want you to love your gear as much as a trick shot compilation. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process for your DP merch.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Place your unworn, unwashed items back into their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Send It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location, and we will process your refund or exchange as soon as it clears our warehouse.
